AJST aims to publish high-quality original research on both theoretical anf experimental across all fields of: ِAِpplied Engineering Disciplines, Basic and Applied Sciences, and Technical Sciences.

- Indexing: The published papers in the journal are automatically indexed through the Google Scholar search engine.
- The journal adopts an open access system.
- To ensure originality, the journal considers only unpublished work not submitted elsewhere. Authors must provide a formal statement to the Editor-in-Chief attesting to this.
- Every submitted research paper is subject to a thorough peer-review process, conducted by specialist reviewers, to assess its novelty and scientific soundness before publication approval.
- Each published research paper is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through the digital repository Zenodo.
- All research papers are archived in the ORCID digital archiving system.
- Additionally, all research papers are preserved in the Internet Archive digital archiving system.
