Abstract

One of the most important principles of comprehensive design - improving the quality of life - by providing the appropriate environment of ease of access and the possibility of interaction for users of urban and architectural spaces alike. Design considerations of comfort in access to all facilities, ease of use, interaction and provision of security and safety for people with special needs. The researcher has adopted the inductive approach contained in the theoretical study, which is concerned with collecting data related to the research problem, and the field descriptive approach, where he took care of studying the current situation of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tripoli and analyzing it and knowing its suitability with the comparative analytical approach by adopting a comparison of the study case with an important criterion, which is the quality of improving the sidewalks as the dividing point and the common between the urban environment and the architectural space to be moved from or to, it was concluded that it is necessary to provide the elements of inclusive design so that people with disabilities can continue their studies and encourage and support them to integrate into society with ease and ease.
